SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping via UPS Ground on most items is free of charge to customers in our service area of Florida and Georgia on orders of $100 or more.

Please note that a few items are not eligible for free UPS shipping. These include certain heavy or oversized items, or orders which exceed 150 lbs. in total. Such orders will generate a “Will Contact” message in the shipping field, and our customer service department will contact you with shipping information before your order is processed.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Special delivery for wood stakes, rebar, iron pipe, concrete monuments, large orders of paint, flagging, nails and other heavy or oversized items is available. For orders of $200 or more, these products are delivered free of charge via our own truck to the following Florida counties: Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Collier, and Lee. Again, our customer service department will contact you with delivery details.

CUSTOMER SERVICE/RETURNS

If you have a concern with a product purchased from us please contact us immediately. We will work hard to ensure your complete satisfaction. Items returned with an original receipt within 30 days will be cheerfully accepted provided the item is from ordinary stock (not a special order) and is in new, saleable condition.
