The Northwest NRL602 is a fully automatic self-leveling horizontal/vertical rotary laser. The NRL602 is perfect for interior work, and with the addition of the NLD5G laser detector (included in the kit) also for exterior work.
The Northwest NRL602 emits three beams: an up beam (zenith), a down beam (plummet), and a horizontal rotary beam. Thus the Northwest NRL602 performs alignment, squaring, and leveling operations with ease. Turn the NRL602 on its side, and rotary beam becomes vertical. A horizontal slope of +/- 5 (single axis) can be entered into the NRL602 to acheive slopes for drainage. The horizontal beam can be slowed, stopped to produce a point, or set to a wide or narrow scan to generate a line (dithering).
Applications include leveling for foundations, decks, framing, drop ceilings, cabinet installation, and tiling. The slope feature is great for patios, driveways, and drainfields. The remote control allows you to control the laser from up to 50 feet away.
