Fine Grade Made Easy
Level Best introduces a laser grading box for skid steer loaders with superior performance and strength. The Para-Level laser grading box delivers innovative features which provide money-saving solutions for your business. Achieve flatter, more consistent grades while accelerating your fine-grading process.
Push-Pull Design
Two, opposed cutting edges allow you to grade front and back. Grade forwards, then reverse directions to grade backwards while keeping the same grade. Skid steer manuverability is maximized with an attachment designed for optimal performance.
Stable Platform
How do you tame the bouncy, jerky movemments of a skid steer loader when laser grading? The Para-Level laser grading box was designed to smooth out a skid steers' ride. The wheel frame of the Para-Level box is like a grader's, extending the wheelbase and allowing both skid steer axels to stay on the ground for stability and traction. An oscillating front axle helps to smooth uneven surfaces. The Para-Level box laser grades material faster, while holding tighter tolerances.
Unique Box Adjustment
Parallel linkage adjusts the grading box, vertically, under the wheel frame for precise adjustment. 'Floating' the independent box under the stable wheel frame provides provides responsive results and exceptional performance.
Tighter Tolerances
Take control of material costs with a Para-Level laser grading box. Proportional hydraulics and laser controls allow tighter tolerances. Achieve tolerances of +/- 3 mm with normal ground speeds. Compare those numbers with what you are doing now. Better control over the grade pays dividends.
Durability
Level Best is known for its durability. The need for a durable laser grading box is why Level Best was created. The Para-Level laser grading box continues this reputation with features like: six reversible cutting edges, replaceable bushings at wear points, cast wheel bearings, and a powder coated finish.
